Welcome to Arkaleo, developed by Syed Mansoor (SM Dev), founder of Apploria Software Studio. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. Arkaleo is engineered from the ground up with an offline-first, zero-cloud-telemetry architecture.

All your notes, sketches, voice recordings, markdown documents, attachments, and digital canvas data reside strictly on your local physical hardware storage. We do not operate central data-storage servers, databases of user notes, or background content trackers.

1.1 Zero-Telemetry Architecture (Mobile App vs. Website)

To provide complete clarity on our privacy and telemetry standards:

• Arkaleo Mobile Application (com.apploria.arkaleo): 100% Zero Telemetry. The app contains zero analytics SDKs, zero crash tracking beacons, and zero remote monitoring code. User notes, audio memos, drawings, and vector embeddings are processed entirely on-device and never leave your hardware.
• Apploria Promotional Website: Uses minimal, anonymous Cloudflare edge request counters (page requests, HTTP referrers) with zero tracking cookies or personal data profiling strictly to monitor bandwidth.

1.2 Data We Process Locally

• Notes & Media Attachments: Stored 100% locally on your device in sandboxed storage. Never uploaded, scanned, or transmitted.
• On-Device AI & Machine Learning: Neural embeddings, semantic vector search, concept linking, and transcription run entirely local on your device using TensorFlow Lite / GGUF local engines. No queries or notes are transmitted to cloud AI APIs.
• Optional Google Authentication: If you sign in via Google to acquire an optional Pro license, we only receive your basic profile identifier (email and user ID) to generate and verify your cryptographic offline license token.
• Hardware-Bound Licensing: An irreversible cryptographic hash of your device identifier is used strictly for offline license validation to prevent fraudulent piracy.
• Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Local Sync: Sync transfers occur directly between your devices over your private local Wi-Fi / hotspot network with end-to-end encryption. No third-party relay servers are utilized.

1.3 Android Permissions Justification

Arkaleo requests minimal permissions required for specific hardware integrations. Core note-taking operates 100% offline even if optional permissions are denied:

Arkaleo minimizes third-party dependencies. Where necessary, trusted providers include:

• Indus Appstore / Google Play: For secure app distribution, store updates, and in-app purchase billing.
• Supabase Auth: For secure authentication tokens for cross-device Pro license restore.
• Razorpay: For secure web payment processing. We never store or access your credit/debit card numbers or bank information.

1.5 Data Ownership & User Backups

You retain 100% exclusive ownership of all content created within Arkaleo. Because we do not store cloud copies of your data, you are encouraged to periodically export encrypted local backups using the in-app backup utility.

2. Terms and Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using the Arkaleo application, you agree to these Terms of Service:

• License Grant: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Arkaleo on supported Android devices.
• Pro Subscriptions & Purchases: Pro licenses (Monthly, Annual, Lifetime) provide advanced features like unlimited assets, handwriting canvas, and custom themes. All purchases made through app stores are governed by the respective store's refund policies.
• Acceptable Use & Security: You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application's binary or security mechanisms.
• Disclaimer of Warranties: The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. As an offline-first app, users are solely responsible for safeguarding their local backup files.
