Welcome to Arkaleo, developed by SM Dev (Apploria). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. Arkaleo is designed with an offline-first, privacy-respecting philosophy.
Data We Collect
- Account Information: If you sign in via Google to purchase a Pro subscription, we collect your basic profile info (Name, Email, Profile Picture) to sync your subscription status across our servers.
- Device Information: We collect your physical Device ID solely for generating a secure, offline, hardware-bound cryptographic token for your Pro subscription.
- Notes & Data: Your notes, files, audio recordings, and folders are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your content to our servers.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to provide necessary app functionality:
- Supabase: For secure authentication and subscription management.
- Razorpay: For secure payment processing. We do not store your credit card or financial information.
- HuggingFace: AI features run strictly on-device using local models. Your data is not sent to the cloud for AI processing.
2. Terms and Conditions
By using Arkaleo, you agree to these terms:
- Subscriptions: Subscriptions (Monthly, Annual, Lifetime) are linked to your Google account and device. We reserve the right to revoke access if tampering, modding, or fraud is detected by our security systems.
- Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the Pro features, all sales are final. Please review the free features thoroughly before purchasing.
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the application's security measures (including our Talsec/freeRasp implementation).
